one thing only. I played several RPG servers,the IMPERIA rpg (with engeneer class etc) has gone so far that they have put TONS of different monsters. So many that you didnt even have skaarj,or warlords
i think the best monsters for Unreal are Unreal monsters, (ok and Satore monsters too),and should be like... 70-80% Unreal and Satore,and 20-30% maximum other game types monsters,not more. What do you think?

p.s. if you put strong monsters in wave 1-what will be in wave 15,bugs only? afro

i propose the following:

1. we make 1 aditional wave,so 18
2. split the doommonsters into 2 groups- easy/medium group (default settings of their skills)
and a hardcore group ( much more health,bigger size,little more attack)
3. fill group 1 with small monsters, 2-3 lower waves,together with Unreal monsters
4. give the hardcore group one whole level just for them (hmm...17?),
also mix standard monsters and doom monsters in 2-3 other waves (10+)

so 1,2,3 unreal standard monsters
4-5 easier doom group 1+unreal standard
6-9 standard Unreal
10-13 min hardcore doom group+Unreal standard
14-16 unreal standard
17 doom only-hardcore
18 final wave

i can do with monsters pretty much what ever i want Wink
so yes
the only problem is-not to have too many of them,in the last wave,because the difficulty setting in that wave is killer
hmmm...maybe INVASION MUTATOR can do that??
it would be cool if wave 18 would just be 3 monsters, first a giant skaarj trooper,then after its killed a giant warlord, and last a giant cyberdeamon...but only 1 at a time,and with health x 15 Wink

1 - human zombi (Engineer)
2 - human zombi35%(doctor),Human zombi 35 (Engineer), little bugs30%
3 - zombies withnot guns50%, bugs25%, human zombis
4 -nalifighter5% ,zombi with guns30 ,zombi withnot guns40%,bugs,
5 - Behemoth40%, new Big monsters with guns60%
6 - titans100%
7 - warloard50%,nali fighter, newmosters with guns
8 - newmosters, bugs, snakes
9 -
10 -
11 -
12 -
13 -old air lvl
14 -stone titans
15 - Queen, big newmosters with gun))
16 - Big warlord with big health)


problems... i dont know how named new monsters)

ok people
this is it

the new Satore wave config is being made,as we speak...um,type.
CHANGES:

+1 wave more(total 18)
new monsters-

-Quake monsters (not all of them.some are pretty lame Wink Maybe 2-3
-Effigy (Big Joe) -with deemers,new version that has a 2.nd weapon. Can write messages of what ever you want it to say Wink
-Magdalena -will look cool in bigger versions. Deadly
-Doom monsters-unable to locate file online,the above link is broken!! Can someone help??
i found several sites,all with broken links or corrupted .zip files...
-Aliens (no Predators,not so cool i tried them before,but Aliens and alien queen rock Wink
-Dragons- a very cool monster pack,well done and fun. Flying,ofcourse Wink
-Venom
-And a few more that i'm gonna try out in singleplayer first

i have played on a server with several Quake, some Doom, with Effigy, Aliens and Dragons,and i know what they can do and how to balance them,and mix the types that go together best

the goal is still not to forget the old Unreal monsters,i think they are the best made-in speed,atack...for Unreal.
so like 40% waves will be pure Unreal (including Satore)
50% will be a mix of everything
and the remaining 10% only new monsters

ufff its gonna take forever to balance their health,number, attack, wave config.....

oh and Wagary monsters- very cool
(ok some of them-like the skeletal warlord that shoots red half-deemers (smaller blast))
it would be cool to make a deemer-only wave ( Effigy+ deemer warlords)
only not sure what that will do to pings...

Andrej,i dont get it why there are no custom size monsters.
I have put 30% chance,for some of them that are like 3x big,and they never appear.
did u install the latest Satore i sent u? In it i have doubled supermonster chances (so if it was 10% now its 20% etc...)

anyways,working on new satore that will ballance the waves + ill send u the right keys to put in server.ini, to make the last invisible monster visible.

sent u the files. Dont install Satore.ini from the 1.st mail,it has an error,i sent u a second mail with only satore.ini,use that one.

now hopefully my work is done...except maybe with regards to wave 17 and 18...but i'll have to play that some moreto see how it works
